His background is in software development of real-time systems, and network design for large international enterprises, including Gould SEL, Telematics International, ECI Telecom and various companies in Europe and Asia. Since 1999, Sam has designed, implemented, and operated several eLearning delivery systems that provide security awareness training to Federal Government and Financial institutions. Sam holds a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and a master's degree in engineering from the University of Florida.
